Laying it out to finally get to some real building :) Just kidding....all this prep work stuff is important.

You get the doubler (cap?...whatever) and all the hinge brackets on. Now, I had a BEAR of a time with this seamingly simple step. I was driving the rivets one right after another after another. Bad bad bad.....what happens is that you start building up all these tiny little twists and shifts and things. By the time you get to the other end of the spar, the rivets don't fit anymore. The right way to do it is to rivet every other hole, and have a cleco in the holes you're not riveting. I did it that way the second time and everything came out super.
